This is my 3rd visit since August (‘22). Every time only 1 or 2 waiting. EVERY time was over 30 minutes to get back to a room and another 20-30 minutes before a doctor came in the room.
Most recent visit the appt setter assured me I was the first patient back after lunch (1:00) appt. I was the third, and not seen until 1:53. Completely unacceptable. Especially when not busy at all.

Wait time was minimal, the nurse and doctor spend time really listening to me. Always pleased with Dr Randolph, she’s a very nice woman and I’m confident in her knowledge.
