Pediatric & Family Physicians

Our team of pediatric and family physicians strives to make the experience as comfortable and reassuring as possible. Our friendly and inviting atmosphere ensures that every patient, big or small, feels right at home.

Our team is equipped and trained to treat acute illnesses. We offer COVID-19 testing. We offer preventive care visits (also known as wellness visits or checkups), immunizations for children and adults (including COVID-19 vaccines), travel health, and management of chronic illnesses, such as diabetes, and hypertension.

Dr. Jaya Venkataraman

Jaya Venkataraman, MD

Pediatrician located in Germantown, TN

Dr. Jaya Venkataraman was born in India and at the age of 7, moved abroad and spent her childhood in Tanzania, Jamaica, and Nigeria. She moved to the USA soon after graduating from Obafemi Awolowo University College of Health Sciences in Nigeria. She completed her Pediatric Residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, and is board certified in Pediatrics.

Dr. Jaya also recently received a Board Certificate in Lifestyle Medicine.

While she enjoys practicing all areas of pediatrics, she is especially interested in the management of patients with asthma, and focusing on Preventive Medicine to help all children develop healthy lifestyle habits so they can live their best lives now and invest in their future health. She also provides comprehensive Lifestyle Medicine Counseling sessions to Pediatric and Adult patients.

Dr Jaya enjoys gardening and has a special interest in growing tropical plants, and doing arts and crafts. She is passionate about our outdoor spaces. Her dream is to visit all sixty-three US National Parks.

Kimberly Randolph, FNP

Kimberly Randolph, FNP

Family Nurse Practitioner in Germantown, TN

Born in Rapid City, South Dakota, Kimberly has called nine states her home at one time or another. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. Kimberly is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Kimberly is passionate about preventive screenings and the management of cardiac conditions. She likes to focus on keeping her patients healthy at all stages of their lives.

Kimberly loves to travel. She takes a special interest in visiting historic homes during her travels, including Hearst Castle in San Simeon, California, the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina, and Buckingham Palace in London.

When she’s not working or traveling, Kimberly enjoys reading, shopping, and watching University of Tennessee football. She loves spending time with her dog and family and is often found cheering on her children as they participate in gymnastics and tennis, and play the trombone.

Sania Sayani, MD

Pediatrician located in Germantown, TN

Born in Ohio, Dr.Sayani moved to Memphis at an early age and has lived here for most of her life. Dr. Sayani graduated from the Windsor University School of Medicine. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and is board-certified in Family Medicine.

Dr.Sayani’s areas of interest include Preventive Care and a focus on healthy living. She also enjoys managing chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, heart disease, sleep issues, and diabetes. She is able to do injections for control of joint pain. She also leads the Obesity Center at Germantown Pediatrics and Family Medicine, where her focus is on the comprehensive management of obesity and weight issues.

Dr.Sayani is passionate about fitness and staying healthy, and at the end of a long day, she likes to go dancing or work out. She also enjoys curling up to a good book and watching crime dramas. She loves learning about different cultures and traveling the world.

Jessica Robbins, DNP

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner located in Germantown, TN

Born in Houston, Texas, Jessica grew up in South Mississippi before moving to Memphis, Tennessee. She completed her Doctorate Degree in Nursing Practice with a Pediatric Specialization at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Jessica is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Jessica enjoys managing all aspects of pediatric care and is passionate about the management of children with behavioral issues, including ADHD, and in managing children with asthma.

When she's not at work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, her son, and their two dogs. She likes crafting, making jewelry, and spending time outdoors.
